Emily likes to read the tags...
and Ella likes to stack them in tall piles.
(Emily took these pics - I thought they were cute.)
They know the rule about not opening them, and I'm glad I don't have to worry about that!
On Monday night we made our traditional family Christmas ornament. We've made one every year since we've been married. One side always has a family picture, and the other always has a picture of a main event. This year we put a picture of our family in front of the Nauvoo temple to represent our family vacation. We took down all the past family ornaments and the girls had a blast looking at them and seeing the important events in our lives. They especially like the year when they were born, because their baby pics are on it.
Steve got our yard sale snow blower up and running the other day - so I thought I'd let you all know not to expect any more snow this year.
Can't wait for Grandma and Grandpa to come visit tomorrow! Guess maybe I should go find the buried guest bed. So far it's been a great place to store junk!

Those girls are DARLING!! What a great idea to make ornaments. I never thought about it. We will have to try that sometime. I'm going to need ornaments soon if Marshall keeps hammering them! YIKES!
Cute pictures! Don't count on them not opening the presents - when they learn to loosen the tape and peek in and then refasten it! We will see you tomorrow - hope it stops snowing so we can travel. We can't wait to see the Asp home!
Kim & Steve,
Loved the comment about the snowblower. Looks like you may get some use out of it after all. We just looked at the road conditions, and they still don't look good this morning. We'll check again closer to noon to see if we can get M&D there.
