She's growing!

Eden had her 2 week appt today. Mom was nice enough to come up with Lynn and her kids to watch Emily & Ella. Eden was a perfect angel through it all - even when the pricked her heel and took blood. She didn't even flinch, let alone cry or kick her legs. The nurse commented that she's the best baby she's ever done that to. Eden's up to 9.5 lbs now and is 21.5 inches long. She really is a good baby. She still has only cried a handful of times. She does get fussy in the evening, but mostly she just squirms and whines a bit. We are very grateful for that and the fact that she only wakes up once in the night!! We are enjoying these blessings while they last!!

Yesterday I was cuddling with Eden while she napped. I could tell she was waking, so I got real close to her face and just watched her. When she finally got her eyes open a bit, she saw me, opened her eyes real wide and smiled her biggest smile ever!!! She already knows how to melt her mommy's heart!

We got a new Wii game - My Sims. Emily is enjoying it immensly. She loves making new looks for her Sim and her Sim's house. I admit I enjoy it too, when I get a chance to play it. Here's my duh moment of the day. I named my Simtown E-ville - not very creative, but I named it that because my girls all start with E. It was HOURS later when I realized what that sounds like when you say it out loud. Oh well, can't change it now - although it still does fit our family... (at least my husband!)

I guess the tougher the pregnancy, the better behaved baby? Who knows, but you went through it with Eden and I know Natalia was a great baby too.

Love the E-ville name! (I didn't get it at first either).

Eden's adorable in the picture- how amazing that she smiled so soon- and just for her mommy! Emily was so cute playing My Sims yesterday and I enjoyed watching she and Braydon. Now I know what to get Braydon for his birthday! I am amazed at how smart those girls are and that ELla can get onto any kids website and play all by herself! It was fun to see them again!

Thanks for the updated photo from a grandpa feeling a bit deprived. She really is a doll!

Regarding your e-name for your town, don't brush it off as "accidental" too quickly. Who know what lurks in the mischievous substrates of Kim's unconscious?

E-ville really is a great name. I can see Steve as an evil mad scientist. :-) I can hear the laugh now.
