On Monday, we went with Jill's family to Ikea. The kids always enjoy playing in the playland, and then playing throughout the store! We spent the afternoon there and didn't even spend a fortune! It's kind of nice when shopping with kids is enjoyable and not frustrating!
Tuesday we spent at Kangaroo Zoo, again with Jill's family. Somehow I became the party planner this week - weird, since I'm not the fun one in the family! The kids had a blast and we really wore them out!

Wednesday was a bit calmer. We went to storytime at the library and then went to see the baby chicks at Cal Ranch.

Thursday we went to the Children's Museum at the Gateway w/Jill & Paige. We haven't been there for at least a year, so the girls were very excited. Jill talked me into buying another membership, so it looks like I'll be back more frequently again.

Friday we turned into friend day and had several friends over. It was a nice, relaxing day for me and I felt like I got a lot done. Those days are nice. Jill was nice enough to come to OUR house to babysit the girls while we went on a date! Chilies (8th anniversary of our 1st date!!!) and Costco (aren't we exciting!!)
Yesterday I couldn't resist these dresses on sale at WalMart! Aren't they adorable?
Eden's been such a sweetheart lately. She endured all the outings well. She LOVES her swing and lately I've been putting it front of the TV and letting her watch the Baby Einstein movies. She loves them - and it's a good break for me. She's still getting over her cold, but she's sleeping better again.
Now, back to real life again!

Thanks again for inviting us. Looks like you had an eventful week! Now only about a month until summer break, right?
NOT the fun one?? It sounds like your girls have plenty of fun on a daily basis. The pictures were cute!
What contrasts in the weather in those pictures! The girls look so cute in those dresses! You couldn't make them for the price you paid. They look like they should be going to a wedding reception. And little Edy Sweetie is so adorable. I recognize that dress. Her smile is so sweet ande Steve looks like a proud papa. Glad you had a great week despite the snow.
Loved all the pictures. It should have been spring break this week based on the weather! I hope we have seen the last of the snow until fall!
That last picture is just precious of baby Eden. I love that dress. It sounds like you gave your kids a very fun spring break! I wish we could have been there- but definitely we'll have to plan some summer activities. I think it's great that you went to the museum too! The kids are adorable in all the pics and looked like they had a blast! Good job spoiling my nieces!
