Spring Break - Day 2

Day two started with me actually getting on the floor to exercise! Surprising isn't it! Well, I could have done Wii Active, but I was too unmotivated to clear the floor in front of the TV. Well, Eden and Ella got into it as well! Eden would lay on the floor and shake her bum when I was doing sit ups! She also would lay on my stomach giving me an extra good workout! Then Ella came upstairs and did the rest of the exercises with me! She sure is a cutie!

After that, I did all our nails. I'd gotten some free nail stickers at Wal-Mart and they turned out really cute. Emily wanted to paint her own nails with her polish she got from her birthday. She was really proud of herself. Then she proceeded to put on the rest of her makeup. She got some in her eyes and when she went to wash it out, she washed off all her nail polish. So I didn't get a picture of hers.

The girls were very excited to check on their seeds. I found two old drinkable yogurt containers and punched some holes in the lid. The girls were excited that they could fill the bottles, screw on the lid and squeeze just the right amount of water into each egg cup. Hopefully the seeds will grow even though they are in the cold garage.

That afternoon Ella went to a birthday party for a preschool friend a Chuck E. Cheese. I stayed and let Emily and Eden have fun as well and had a really good coupon and a cheap gift certificate so I bought a ton of tokens. I only let Emily have about 50 and am saving the rest for Ella's birthday. Of course, when I told her that, she said, "I don't want to go to Chuck E. Cheese for my birthday, I want to go to Kangaroo Zoo!!" Man. By the time Ella had finished the party and then used up all her tokens and picked her prize, we'd been there 2.5 hours!! I had such a splitting headache! I still wanted to do some errands while I was in Orem, but we could only handle one. Kmart was having a double coupon event, but we were all starving and grumpy. My headache was just coming on and I was seeing a bright light out of the side of my eye. Luckily I drove home ok, put sleeping Eden in her crib and stuck the girls in front of the Wii and laid down. (Unfortunately I had to listen to them scream and fight about who's turn it was. Incidentally, they got grounded from the Wii for the rest of the day.) So, it was a fun day, but maybe a bit TOO much fun. We'll try to tone it down tomorrow!
